To our valued ZAP customers,

We are incredibly grateful for the support and positive feedback we’ve received from our community over the years. Many of you might have noticed that our website mentions “over 600 Google reviews,” but currently, our Google profile does not reflect this.

At the end of January, Google made changes to its policies for mobile businesses, particularly regarding address verification. Since we operate as a mobile business and used a UPS mailbox for our address, our account was flagged, and unfortunately, all of our reviews were removed.

While this situation is beyond our control, we remain fully committed to providing the same exceptional service that earned us those 600+ five-star reviews. We are working with Google to resolve the issue, but in the meantime, we would greatly appreciate your continued support and new reviews to help us rebuild our online presence.
